Why Route Through a US Company?
Freelancers sometimes look at this model and see an unnecessary middleman. The core reason is that many US businesses have accounts-payable departments that reject foreign invoices. They want a W-9, a US address, and a bank they recognize.
Opening your own US LLC is an option, but it brings paperwork, annual fees, and ongoing compliance that may not be worth the overhead for a solo freelancer. Panorama Systems exists in that gap. It is not free. A service fee is deducted from each payout. What it does not do is anything about taxes, employment classification, or liability. You are not an employee of Panorama Systems, and it will not defend you in a contract dispute.
How It Works in Practice
You agree on a project with a US client and tell them you invoice through Panorama Systems. Panorama issues the invoice—with its own name, address, and a US bank account—to your client. The client pays an American company, following the same domestic process they use for any US vendor.
After the payment clears, Panorama converts the amount (minus the agreed fee) into USDT and sends it to your wallet. You decide which network: TRC-20, ERC-20, BEP-20, TON, or Solana. You never handle a US bank account or form a US entity yourself.
Payouts: USDT Only. No Banks.
Wise, SWIFT, SEPA, and local bank transfers are not available for payouts to Armenia through this service. The only settlement method is USDT on a blockchain network you select. This is not a temporary limitation or a feature rollout—it is the way payouts work for this location.
If you cannot or will not use a USDT wallet, this service will not fit your needs. Make sure you are comfortable managing a self-custodial wallet and keeping your keys safe. Network fees are your responsibility, and they vary depending on which chain you pick at the time of the transfer.
What This Won't Fix for You
Panorama Systems handles the invoice so your client’s accounting department sees a standard US vendor. It does not negotiate your rate, chase late payments, or review your contract. It does not convert your freelance work into an employment relationship, and it offers no tax guidance for Armenia.
You still need to understand your tax residency rules and report your income correctly. If a client disputes the quality of the work, you are on your own. The service is narrow on purpose. It replaces the question 'Can you send us a W-9?' with a yes, and not much else.
