1. Data We Collect

Account data (name, email, country, phone), verification documents you upload for KYC (ID, company registration, tax forms), payout details (wallet addresses, IBAN), invoice and transaction records, and technical logs (IP address, user agent) kept for security auditing.

2. How We Use It

To provide invoicing and settlement services, verify identity as required by US AML regulations, prevent fraud, send transactional notifications (invoice status, payouts, verification results), and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Sharing

Data is shared only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the platform (payment institutions, email delivery, identity verification), and with authorities where the law requires it. Invoice details are shared with the end customer named on the invoice.

4. Storage & Security

Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure. Access to verification documents is restricted to compliance staff and protected by role-based access controls; every access is logged. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes; sessions use signed httpOnly cookies.

5. Retention & Your Rights

We retain records for as long as required by US financial regulations (typically 5 years after account closure). You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention duties) at privacy@panorama-systems.com. EU/UK residents have the rights provided by GDPR, including complaint to a supervisory authority.

6. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies: session authentication and interface preferences (language, theme). No third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
