Enquiries. When you use the project form we collect your name, email address and whatever you write, plus optional company, phone, country, budget and timeline. We use it to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in running a business.

Applications. When you apply to work with us we collect your name, email, country, city, discipline, stack, experience, rate expectation, availability, English level and the links you give us. We use it to decide whether to invite you to a project. Legal basis: steps taken at your request, and your consent.

Estimator conversations. Messages you send to the assistant are stored with the reply, so that a conversation which does not end in an enquiry is not simply lost. Do not put confidential material into it.

Visits. We count page views with our own counter: the page, the language, the country derived from your network address, the device type, the referring page and campaign tags. Visitors are counted with a hash that changes every day, so two days cannot be linked together, by us or by anyone.

Analytics. With your consent we load Google Analytics. Without it we do not.

Our email provider, in order to deliver mail. Our hosting provider, which holds the database. Telegram, when a notification about a new enquiry is sent to our team: that notification contains the name, the country and the text of the enquiry.

The estimator sends the text of your message to Google as the model provider in order to produce a reply. It does not send your name or your email address, because it does not have them.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

Enquiries: three years from the last contact, then deleted. Applications: two years from the last contact, then deleted, or immediately on request. Estimator conversations: twelve months. Visit records: twenty five months in aggregate form.

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our using it. Write to the address above and we answer within thirty days. Deleting an application removes it from consideration; we will say so rather than delete it quietly and leave you waiting.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland you also have the right to complain to your national supervisory authority.

We are an American company and our systems are operated from the United States and the European Union. Where data moves between them it does so under standard contractual clauses.

Access to the administration console requires an account and is limited to our own staff. Passwords are stored as hashes and session tokens are stored as hashes, so a copy of the database does not let anyone sign in as you. Traffic is encrypted in transit.

No system is perfect. If we discover a breach affecting your data we will tell you and the relevant authority within the time the law requires.
