PANORAMA SYSTEMS FLORIDA LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, United States, with its registered office at 17555 Collins Ave, Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160, United States. In this document "we", "us" and "PANORAMA SYSTEMS" mean that company.

These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern any engagement we agree with you: that is covered by a separate written contract, and where the two differ the contract wins.

This website describes services we offer and publishes indicative price ranges. Those ranges are published in good faith and updated when they change, but they are not an offer and they are not a quotation. A binding price is given in writing after a scoping conversation.

The project estimator on this site is an automated assistant. It cannot agree a price, a deadline, a discount or a scope, and nothing it says binds us. Where it and this website disagree, this website is correct; where this website and a signed contract disagree, the contract is correct.

When you send an enquiry or an application we store what you submit in order to answer you. We describe that handling in the privacy notice. Do not send confidential material through the forms on this site: ask us for a confidentiality agreement first and we will send one or sign yours.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and for having the right to submit it. Do not submit personal data about other people through these forms.

Do not attempt to interfere with this website, to gain access to parts of it that are not public, to use it to send unsolicited messages, or to extract its content by automated means beyond ordinary search indexing.

We may restrict access to the forms and to the estimator, temporarily or permanently, where use appears automated, abusive or intended to consume our resources.

The content, design and code of this website belong to us. The names and marks of other companies mentioned here belong to those companies.

Work we produce under an engagement transfers to the client on final payment, as set out in the contract for that engagement. Nothing on this page changes that.

This website is provided as it is. We take care that what we publish is accurate, and we correct errors when we find them, but we do not warrant that every figure or statement is free of error at every moment.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on this website alone. That limitation does not apply to anything that cannot lawfully be limited, and it does not apply to obligations we take on in a signed contract.

We may change these terms. The version in force is the one published here, with the date shown at the top of the page. Material changes to an engagement are agreed with the client in writing, never by editing a web page.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Florida, United States.
