Pricing
Published in full, because the alternative wastes a week of your time and ours. These are ranges, not quotes: a fixed price follows a scoping call, and it lands inside the range or we explain why.

Projects
Everything below includes design, engineering, testing, deployment and one round of revisions per increment.
- A design system and up to 8-12 unique page layouts
- A CMS, so your team edits the content without us
- Technical SEO, structured data and a Core Web Vitals budget
- Analytics and conversion tracking
- One month of fixes after launch
- Scope written down and a clickable prototype before any code
- Sign-in, roles, billing and the core workflow
- An admin console for whoever runs the product
- Cloud deployment, CI, monitoring and backups
- Handover documentation and the source code
US agencies quote $40k-$150k for the same scope. The difference is where the work is done, not how well.
- Everything in the SaaS MVP package
- A native or cross-platform mobile client
- Load testing and a security review
- A runbook and an on-call handover
- Retrieval across your documents, tickets or catalogue
- An evaluation set and a measured baseline for answer quality
- Guardrails, honest refusals and escalation to a person
- A cost and latency budget, with telemetry per request
The market range for a retrieval-grounded assistant is $10k-$70k.
Models, infrastructure, monitoring and monthly tuning. The market benchmark for a production agent with real users is $3.2k-$13k a month; ours is lower because we do not resell model capacity.
- Integration with the tools the work already happens in
- A person reviews every action that costs money
- An audit trail of what the agent did and why
- Rollback and a kill switch
- An evaluation harness, so quality is measured rather than felt
- No replatforming: the feature lands in the stack you already run
- A provider abstraction, so no vendor can hold the product hostage
- Fallback behaviour for the day the model is slow or unavailable
- Cost controls and per-customer limits
- Written findings, each with a severity and an effort
- A target architecture and a migration order that can be paused
- What it costs now and what it will cost after
- A reliability and observability plan
- Two to four engineers, plus part-time QA and project management
- Your backlog and your priorities, our delivery process
- A weekly demo and a written status you can forward
- A map of where enquiries are lost, from the first click to the signature
- The ten problems that cost the most, each with a fix and a price
- A recorded walkthrough, so the team can watch it twice
- An automation plan you can carry out with us or without us
Credited in full against the project if you go ahead. US revenue audits run $2.5k-$10k.
- An acquisition funnel and the landing pages under it
- Lead scoring and enrichment
- Lifecycle email and attribution reporting
- A/B tests measured against revenue rather than clicks
US B2B demand-generation retainers run $3k-$12k a month, mid-market $6k-$12k. Media spend is never part of these figures.
Models, hosting, monitoring and monthly tuning. Lower than an agent that performs work in your systems, because this one answers and qualifies rather than acts.
- An agent trained on your own pages, price list and documents
- Qualification by your criteria, with the answers written down
- Handover to a person with the whole conversation attached
- Connected to your CRM, your inbox and your messengers
- An evaluation set, so answer quality is measured rather than felt
Subcontracting for an agency that already has the client
Typical duration: by arrangement- We deliver under your contract and your brand
- The client relationship stays yours
- The blended rate from the table above, less 10-15% at volume
Quoted from the hourly table rather than as a package. Write to us and a person will answer.
- A survey of what each system holds, and who owns which field
- One access layer the site, the CRM and the agents read through
- Stock, price list and contract prices read at the source rather than copied nightly
- Permissions per system and per field, with every call written down
- A documented fallback for the hour the ERP is unavailable
US mid-market CRM and ERP integration projects run $20k-$60k; enterprise work goes past $100k.
- Pipeline, stages and routing that match how you actually sell
- Follow-up that runs whether or not anyone remembers
- Enrichment and a personalised first contact for outbound
- A dashboard with the numbers an owner reads every week
- Documentation and a handover session for your team
Built on the CRM you already pay for. US revenue-operations builds run $10k-$50k.
- Two days a week of a marketing and growth director
- Weekly reporting on the dozen numbers that decide the quarter
- Budget, unit economics and management of your vendors
- A quarterly roadmap with every item ordered by payback
Media and tool budgets are separate and never included here. US fractional CMOs run $5k-$15k a month.
Hourly rates
A blended team rate, not one person. Used for time and materials work and for change requests on fixed-price projects.
| Role | Our rate | US market |
|---|---|---|
| Frontend engineer | $55 – $75 | $61-100 |
| Backend engineer | $60 – $80 | $61-120 |
| Full-stack engineer | $60 – $85 | $70-130 |
| Mobile engineer (iOS/Android) | $60 – $85 | $70-130 |
| AI/ML engineer | $75 – $110 | $100-180 |
| DevOps / SRE | $70 – $100 | $80-150 |
| Cloud architect | $90 – $130 | $120-175 |
| QA engineer | $40 – $60 | $50-90 |
| Product designer (UI/UX) | $55 – $80 | $65-120 |
| Project manager | $50 – $70 | $60-110 |
We do not go below our hourly floor. Under it the work stops paying for review, testing and support, and the first defect eats the margin for the whole project. Quoting a number we cannot deliver on is not a discount, it is a problem postponed.
Terms
40% to start, the rest against milestones. Monthly engagements are billed in advance.
30 days of defect fixes after handover.
All source code, design files and accounts transfer to you on final payment.
$1500-4000. One to three weeks. Written scope, technical approach, risks and a clickable prototype where it helps. It is credited in full against the project if you proceed, and it is yours if you do not.
Questions we get before the first call
How much does a project cost?
+
Our ranges are published on the pricing page, with the four or five things that move them. A fixed price follows a scoping call, and it lands inside the published range or we explain why.
How quickly can you start?
+
Usually within two to three weeks. Discovery can start sooner, and it is often the right first step anyway: it turns a conversation into a written scope you can take to another supplier if you want to.
Who owns the code?
+
You do, on final payment. Source code, design files, infrastructure and accounts. This is in the contract, not a favour we grant later.
Do you work fixed price or hourly?
+
Both. Fixed price when the scope is known and unlikely to move. Time and materials with a ceiling you set when it will evolve. We tell you which one fits on the first call, including when that means less money for us.
Where is the team?
+
The company is American and the contract is with an American company. The people are in Europe, Asia and Latin America, and we tell you who is where before you sign. Time-zone overlap is agreed at the start rather than discovered in week three.
What if it goes wrong?
+
Defects are fixed free for thirty days after handover. If we are late for a reason that is ours, we say so in the status report on the day we know, not at the deadline. And you can leave with everything: you have access to the repository, the documentation and the accounts from day one, and ownership transfers on final payment.
