We are a small permanent team with a bench of specialists we have worked with before. That shape is deliberate. A large agency has to keep everyone busy, which is why the proposal always fits the people who are free rather than the problem you brought. We would rather turn down work than staff it badly.
Everything is contracted through PANORAMA SYSTEMS FLORIDA LLC. You get one supplier, one contract under a legal system you recognise and one place to send a complaint, whatever the passports of the people writing the code.
We publish our prices because hiding them is a tactic, and it is a tactic that costs the buyer a week. If the numbers do not work for you, you find out on the first page instead of on the fourth call.
How we decide things
Say the number
Ranges on the website, a fixed quote after scoping, and a written explanation when something changes. A surprise on an invoice is a failure of ours, not of the estimate.
Build to be left
Every project is written so another team could take it over. It costs us repeat work and it is still the right way to build.
Refuse the wrong project
Work we cannot do well, or a deadline that only works if nothing goes wrong, gets declined on the first call. Both of us lose less that way.
