You meet the people who will do the work before you sign, and you are told where each of them is and which of your hours they overlap. If someone has to leave the project, you hear it from us first, together with the name of the replacement.
The contract, the invoice and the warranty are with PANORAMA SYSTEMS FLORIDA LLC, whoever writes the code, so there is one supplier to hold to account.
