Work with us on projects for clients in the US and Europe
We keep a small permanent core and bring in specialists per project. If you are good, we want your name in the file before the project appears, not while a client waits.

Who we are looking for
Six lanes. Depth in one beats a list of twenty.
Engineers
Frontend, backend, full stack and mobile. You have shipped something that other people depend on.
AI and machine learning
Retrieval, agents, evaluation and the unglamorous part: making a model behave the same way twice.
Designers
Product and interface. You design the error state, not only the happy path.
DevOps and reliability
Cloud, pipelines, monitoring and the person who is calm during an incident.
QA
Manual and automated. You are the reason a release goes out on a Friday.
Project managers
You write the status update the client can forward without editing.
How this works
You apply once
One form. Stack, country, rate, availability, a link to something you built. Ten minutes, and you never fill it in again.
A person reads it
Every application is read by someone on the team. If it fits a lane we are hiring for, we write within two weeks. If not, it stays in the file rather than being deleted.
A project appears
We write with the actual scope, the rate, the dates and who else is on the team. Nothing vague, nothing to negotiate later.
You decide
Say no and it costs you nothing. You stay on the list for the next one.
What we commit to
- The rate is agreed in writing before you start. It does not move because the client renegotiated.
- The scope is written down. If it grows, the estimate is redone before the work begins, not after.
- Payment on a fixed date, on the schedule we agree at the start.
- Your name on the work wherever the client allows it.
- A straight answer. If we have nothing for you, we say so instead of going quiet.
What we ask
- Written English good enough for a clear status update. It does not need to be good enough for a keynote.
- Overlap with the client time zone: usually four hours a day, and we tell you which four before you agree.
- Work you can show, or a technical conversation instead if everything you have built is under an agreement.
- You answer messages. Silence in the middle of a sprint is the one thing we cannot work around.
