From sign-up to settlement
You start by registering with PANORAMA SYSTEMS and providing your company or individual details. When you land a US client, you send the project scope, rate, and payment terms to PANORAMA. PANORAMA generates a proper US invoice on your behalf and sends it directly to the client. The invoice shows PANORAMA's Florida address and federal tax ID, so the client's accounts payable process is entirely domestic.
The client pays the invoice to PANORAMA's US bank account. After the funds arrive and clear, PANORAMA deducts the agreed service fee and prepares your payout. You choose how you want to receive the money: Wise, SWIFT, a local AUD bank transfer, or USDT. The settlement is then sent to your account. You remain in complete control of your work and client relationship throughout.
What your client sees
Your client receives an invoice from a US company with a US bank account. There is no international wire, no currency conversion on their side, and no extra paperwork. It looks and behaves like any other local vendor invoice. From the client's perspective, they are simply paying a Florida-based business for services rendered. This keeps their procurement and tax reporting straightforward. They do not need to issue a 1099 to you as an individual, because they are paying PANORAMA SYSTEMS, not a foreign contractor. That alone removes a common friction point in cross-border engagements. For you, this means less time explaining tax forms and more time doing the work.
Payout options from Sydney
Once PANORAMA receives the client's payment, you select your payout method. Many Sydney freelancers use Wise for its straightforward conversion. SWIFT transfers are also available if your bank needs that format. A local AUD transfer keeps things simple for Australian bank accounts. You can also settle in USDT. The choice is yours, and you can switch between projects. Settlement times depend on the method and your bank's processing schedule; check with your bank about any incoming credit holding periods.
Your independence and your taxes
Using PANORAMA SYSTEMS does not change your status. You are not an employee, you set your own rates, and you choose your clients. Tax obligations remain yours entirely. As a freelancer in Sydney, you report your income to the Australian Taxation Office and handle GST if needed. PANORAMA does not withhold any Australian taxes and cannot give tax advice. Work with your own accountant to stay compliant. The arrangement is designed to keep you independent while making cross-border invoicing feel local.
