How the Process Works Step by Step
You open an account and tell us about the project or retainer with your US client. When billing time comes, PANORAMA SYSTEMS issues an invoice under our company name and Florida address. We can send it straight to the client or let you deliver it. The invoice looks entirely domestic.
Once the client pays through standard US methods—ACH, wire, or check—we confirm the funds. We then calculate your payout by subtracting our service fee and send the net amount to your USDT wallet. You select the network: TRC-20, ERC-20, BEP-20, TON, or Solana. The transfer moves when we have cleared funds, and blockchain confirmations follow.
What Your Client Sees
To the client, this is a domestic transaction. They receive an invoice from PANORAMA SYSTEMS FLORIDA LLC with a street address in Sunny Isles Beach. Their accounts-payable staff process it like any other US vendor bill, using familiar banking channels. There is no international wiring, currency conversion, or additional tax documentation tied to a foreign contractor. You stay behind the scenes as the person delivering the work.
Receiving Your Money in Sumqayit
Payouts to Azerbaijan settle exclusively in USDT. Bank transfers—whether via SWIFT, Wise, SEPA, or local AZN transfer—are not available. This is a permanent structure for our service here; there is no offline or alternative option. You will need a USDT wallet and the ability to receive on one of the supported blockchains: TRC-20, ERC-20, BEP-20, TON, or Solana.
Each network has its own transaction fees and confirmation times. We do not control those costs or speeds. If you later wish to convert USDT to AZN or another currency, you are responsible for choosing your own exchange and handling any exchange-related steps.
Your Taxes and Employment Status
PANORAMA SYSTEMS is not your employer. You operate as an independent freelancer or small agency, and you remain fully responsible for your tax obligations in Azerbaijan. We do not withhold any US taxes from your payout, because you are neither a US employee nor a US taxpayer. The income you receive, whether kept as USDT or converted, should be reported according to Azerbaijan’s tax regulations. We recommend keeping clear records and consulting a local accountant. We cannot offer tax guidance for your jurisdiction.
