From Sign-Up to Settled Payment
You start by creating an account and providing details about your work and your client. There is no cost to sign up, and the process is handled online.
When a project is ready to bill, you enter the amount and client information. PANORAMA SYSTEMS then generates a US invoice and sends it to your client. The invoice carries the company’s Florida address and tax ID, so it fits naturally into any American accounts-payable workflow.
Your client pays PANORAMA SYSTEMS by bank transfer, check, or whatever method the company’s payment instructions state. Once the funds clear, PANORAMA SYSTEMS notifies you and prepares the payout. The service fee is deducted at this stage.
The money reaches you in Phnom Penh as USDT on a blockchain network you selected during setup. The entire chain — from invoice to your wallet — requires no international banking gymnastics from your client.
What US Clients See on Their Side
For the client, the transaction looks like any other domestic purchase. They receive an invoice from a Florida company, PANORAMA SYSTEMS FLORIDA LLC, with a US street address in Sunny Isles Beach. There is no mention of a foreign intermediary or offshore bank account.
Their accounts-payable team processes it just as they would a vendor in Miami or Seattle. No currency conversion, no international wire instructions, no W-8 forms to sort out. The client’s books stay clean, and they keep their procurement processes undisturbed.
This setup is important because many US businesses prefer — or are required — to work with vendors that have a US tax presence. PANORAMA SYSTEMS handles the merchant-of-record role quietly in the background. The freelancer delivers the work; the client pays a familiar invoice; the administrative layer sits in between.
How You Receive Money in Phnom Penh
Payouts to Phnom Penh settle in USDT only. No bank rails — Wise, SWIFT, SEPA, local transfer, or any fiat currency method — are available for this location. Before you receive your first payment, you will need to provide a USDT wallet address on one of the supported networks.
The supported networks for USDT are TRC-20, ERC-20, BEP-20, TON, and Solana. Choose the one that costs you the least in fees or fits your existing setup. PANORAMA SYSTEMS does not recommend one network over another; that decision is yours.
Because the service operates remotely, all payout communications happen through your online account. You will see the status of each transfer and can download records for your own bookkeeping. Keep in mind that blockchain network congestion can influence how quickly the USDT appears in your wallet, and we cannot control that part of the process.
Registering with PANORAMA SYSTEMS
Registration moves one step at a time. Start by providing basic contact information and a brief description of the services you offer. There is no need to submit a portfolio or CV — just enough to establish that your work fits the platform’s focus on software and related fields.
Next, you will verify your identity. The verification process uses standard online tools and is designed to meet US compliance requirements. Have a government-issued ID ready, and set aside a few minutes when you are not in a rush.
Once verified, you can set up your payout method. For Phnom Penh, that means adding a USDT wallet address. You can always change the address later, but each change requires re-verification for security. After that, you are ready to submit your first client and request an invoice.
The whole onboarding is self-service. If questions come up, the support team is reachable by email.
