Why route through a US company at all?
Most US accounts-payable teams prefer domestic payments. A freelance invoice from outside the US often triggers international wire fees, W-8BEN forms, and delays. Panorama gives your client a US-based invoice they can pay by ACH or cheque without cross-border friction.
This comes with a service fee, deducted from your payout. It does not address your Georgian tax obligations, and it does not create an employer relationship. If you expect tax avoidance or benefits, this isn’t for you. It’s a billing conduit for clients who insist on domestic US invoicing.
How invoicing works in practice
You provide the billing amount in USD and the client’s details. Panorama issues a US invoice under its own entity name and address. The client pays Panorama; after the funds clear, Panorama subtracts its service fee and sends your payout in USDT.
You’ll need a crypto wallet that accepts TRC-20, ERC-20, BEP-20, TON, or Solana. The timeline depends on the client’s payment method—ACH and cheques take time. Panorama doesn’t generate remittance advice for Georgian tax authorities; that’s your task.
Payouts settle in USDT only
Bank transfers are not available for payouts to Georgia. Panorama cannot send SWIFT, SEPA, Wise, or local Georgian transfers here. All payouts settle in USDT on the blockchain networks listed above.
This limitation exists because moving fiat currency into Georgia reliably and cheaply is difficult for a US entity. We don’t offer bank rails for this location and don’t have a timeline for when they might become available. If you are not comfortable receiving income in crypto, Panorama’s service won’t fit your needs.
What you still handle yourself
Panorama does not get involved in your client contracts, work quality, or disputes. You remain fully independent and are responsible for delivering what you promised.
You must also handle your own tax registration and filing in Georgia. Panorama does not withhold US taxes for you and does not advise on Georgian tax law. Any legal or compliance matters are entirely yours to manage. Think of this as a billing address, not a business partner.
