Getting Started
You open an account with PANORAMA SYSTEMS and provide basic details about yourself and your freelance practice. There is no long-term commitment, and you are not an employee.
Once active, you line up work with US clients as usual. When a project is agreed, you supply the client's name, a work description, and the amount to invoice. You set your own rates and terms directly with the client.
Sending an Invoice to a US Client
PANORAMA SYSTEMS creates an invoice from a US company—PANORAMA SYSTEMS FLORIDA LLC, with a Florida address. The invoice goes to your client, who sees a standard domestic bill. They avoid cross-border transfers and foreign tax paperwork.
The client pays PANORAMA SYSTEMS to a US bank account. Once funds clear, PANORAMA SYSTEMS initiates your payout. Because both sides of the client's transaction are US-based, their accounts-payable process stays simple.
Receiving Your Money in Sliema
After deducting its service fee, PANORAMA SYSTEMS sends the balance to you via your chosen method. A EUR bank transfer to your Maltese account is straightforward—the local banking system moves the money without intermediary delays. Wise, SWIFT, and USDT are also available.
PANORAMA SYSTEMS does not withhold US taxes from your payout. As a freelancer based in Malta, you are responsible for your own tax declarations and payments under Maltese law. Local tax advice is not provided, so consult an accountant if needed.
What the Client Sees and the Paperwork
Your client gets an invoice that looks like any other from a US supplier and pays to a US bank account. If they request tax ID documentation, PANORAMA SYSTEMS provides its W-9.
For your part, you should give the client a completed W-8BEN to certify your foreign status; PANORAMA SYSTEMS can help with the form itself but does not offer tax advice. The client will not issue a 1099 to you personally, as the payee is PANORAMA SYSTEMS. After year-end, you can obtain a statement of earnings for your records and Maltese tax filing, but no US tax forms are generated for you.
