Why route an invoice through a US company at all?
Because US accounts payable departments have a strong preference for paying other US entities. An invoice from outside the States often triggers extra scrutiny, wires that get lost, or requests for forms nobody filled out correctly. When the invoice comes from a Florida LLC with a domestic address, it slides through the usual approval workflow without friction.
You pay for that convenience. Panorama Systems takes a percentage of each invoice as a service fee. It does not make you an employee, does not handle your taxes, and does not shield you from a client who simply decides not to pay. If you need tax advice, talk to an accountant in Jeddah. This setup only solves the invoice-and-payment leg.
How it works in practice
You agree on a project with your US client, and instead of sending an invoice from your own name or a Saudi entity, you tell Panorama Systems what to bill. An invoice goes out from Panorama Systems Florida LLC, with the US address and all the details a domestic AP department expects.
The client pays Panorama Systems in US dollars. Once the funds clear, Panorama Systems remits the payment to you—minus the agreed fee—through the method you chose. You are responsible for declaring that income to Saudi tax authorities as required. Panorama Systems does not deduct or remit any tax on your behalf.
That is it. No ongoing obligations. If the client relationship ends, you simply stop using the service.
Payouts reaching Jeddah
Getting the money into your hands in Jeddah can happen a few different ways. You might take a local bank transfer in SAR, which lands in your Saudi bank account. SWIFT transfers work too, though they can take extra days and the intermediary banks sometimes eat a portion in fees. Wise is supported, and if you prefer settlement in USDT, that is an option as well.
The timezone difference matters here. Jeddah runs on Asia/Riyadh time, so a US business day starts late in the afternoon for you. A payment initiated by a client on Monday morning Eastern Time might not be confirmed until Monday night in Jeddah. Plan accordingly, and never promise a client same-day settlement on your side.
What this arrangement does not solve
Using a merchant of record is not a tax avoidance strategy. You still bear full responsibility for any income tax, VAT, or social insurance obligations in Saudi Arabia. Panorama Systems offers no advice on these matters—seek out a local professional.
This also does not create an employment relationship. You are not an employee, you get no benefits, and you cannot use the service to sponsor a visa. It does not recover money from a client who fails to pay. If a client disputes an invoice, that is between you and them. The service just ensures that when they do pay, the transaction looks domestic on their end and the payout reaches you.
