Why Route an Invoice Through a US Company at All?
US companies often hesitate to send international wires to a freelancer they’ve never met, especially to a country where their accounts team has no existing banking relationships. A domestic invoice removes that friction. The client writes a check or makes a US-based transfer to a Florida entity, just like they would with any other local vendor.

How Payouts Work in Dodoma
Once the client’s payment clears, PANORAMA SYSTEMS can send you money in one way: USDT. Supported networks are TRC-20, ERC-20, BEP-20, TON, and Solana. That’s it. There are no bank rails.
Wise transfers, SWIFT wires, SEPA, and local Tanzanian bank transfers are all off the table for this location. If you need Tanzanian shillings hitting a bank account directly, this setup won’t give you that. You’ll need to convert the USDT yourself, using whatever on/off-ramp works for you. Transaction times vary. The crypto transfer itself can be fast, but the whole wait includes how long the client takes to pay and how long it takes for that payment to settle.
