Send invoices that US clients pay domestically, from Sharjah

Sharjah (الشارقة), United Arab Emirates

A freelancer in Sharjah signs up with PANORAMA SYSTEMS FLORIDA LLC. When billing a US client, the client receives an invoice from a Florida company and pays it as they would any domestic vendor. PANORAMA SYSTEMS then forwards the payment to the freelancer, minus a service fee, in AED, USD via Wise or SWIFT, or in USDT.

From sign-up to money arriving

You create an account and provide basic identity and payment details. After that, whenever you complete work for a US client, you submit the invoice amount and client information to us. We generate an invoice from our Florida entity and send it directly to your client.

The client pays us using normal US methods—ACH, wire, or check. Once the funds clear, we deduct our service fee and forward the remainder to you. You choose the payout method that suits you best: a local AED bank transfer, Wise, SWIFT, or USDT on TRC-20.

What the client sees on their side

From the client’s perspective, they are dealing with a US company. The invoice carries a Florida address and a US tax ID, so their accounts-payable department processes it entirely domestically. No international wires, no currency conversion on their end, and no W-8BEN or other foreign vendor forms.

This domestic familiarity often removes the friction that can stop US companies from hiring freelancers abroad. The client does not need to understand Sharjah’s business environment; they simply pay a US vendor and receive a US receipt.

Paperwork and responsibilities

We act as a merchant of record, not an employer or agent. You remain an independent business owner, responsible for your own tax filings in the UAE. Because your work is performed entirely outside the United States, we do not withhold US taxes, and you do not need a US entity or EIN.

The only paperwork between you and us is the initial onboarding, which asks for identity verification and payment details. There are no ongoing forms to file with us beyond submitting invoice details for each payment.

Receiving payments in Sharjah

You can receive funds in AED directly to your local bank account, which removes the need for currency conversion if your expenses are in dirhams. If you prefer to hold USD or EUR, Wise and SWIFT transfers are available. For those who use digital assets, USDT payouts on TRC-20 are an option.

The transfer time depends on the method and banking processing periods, not on any delay from PANORAMA SYSTEMS. Once our bank releases the payment, the speed to your account follows the normal schedule of the chosen channel.

FAQ

Do I need a US visa or work permit to use this service?

No. You do not perform work inside the United States, and PANORAMA SYSTEMS does not sponsor visas. This is a financial arrangement: we act as the invoicing intermediary while you continue freelancing from Sharjah under your own permit or license.

Is this arrangement legal under UAE regulations?

Yes. You are invoicing a US client through a US middleman, but your work is performed in the UAE. You remain responsible for complying with local freelance rules and any required trade licenses. This structure does not create a corporate presence for us in the UAE.

How much does the service cost?

We charge a service fee on each transaction, deducted from the amount the client pays. The percentage varies with volume and the nature of the work, and it is clearly disclosed during sign-up. There are no monthly membership fees or hidden charges.

What if my client wants a formal contract?

You can use your own contract between you and the client. We do not review or enforce contracts. The client signs an agreement with you, but payment flows through our entity. If the client needs a separate terms-of-service with us, we can provide a standard document.

Can I use different payout methods for different invoices?

Yes. You set a default payout method in your account, but you can change it before requesting a payout for a specific invoice. So you could route one payment to a local AED account and another to USDT.
