From Sign-Up to Paid Invoice
You begin by creating an account and providing details about your client—company name, project scope, billing amount. PANORAMA SYSTEMS generates a professional invoice under our US entity and sends it to the client on your behalf. There’s no need to set up a US company or a US bank account; we handle the merchant-of-record role.
The client pays the invoice through their normal domestic payment process—to a US company, in US dollars. Once funds land in our account and are verified, we deduct our service fee and disburse the remaining amount to you. You choose the payout method that fits: Wise, SWIFT, a direct deposit in MYR to your local bank, or USDT. The sequence is straightforward: submit the engagement details, let us handle the paperwork, get paid.
What the Client Sees
From the client’s perspective, they’re working with a US-based company. The invoice comes from PANORAMA SYSTEMS FLORIDA LLC, with a Florida address. Payments go to a US bank account. Their accounts-payable team follows the same process they’d use for any domestic vendor—no international wire instructions, no currency conversion on their side. This often removes friction from the procurement and onboarding process, especially for clients who are hesitant to pay overseas individuals or entities.
The client never sees your personal banking details, and you don’t need to disclose that you’re operating from Cyberjaya unless you choose to.
Payouts to Cyberjaya
After the client pays, we forward your earnings according to the instructions you set. Payouts can settle in Malaysian ringgit via local bank transfer, which avoids conversion delays and intermediary bank fees on your end. If you prefer to hold funds in a USD-denominated account or a Wise balance, those options are available. SWIFT transfers and USDT payouts are also supported.
The choice is yours, and you can update your preference for each payment. Currency conversion happens at the time of transfer, based on the rates available through our payout partners.
Taxes and Your Obligations
PANORAMA SYSTEMS does not act as your employer or tax representative. You remain an independent contractor, responsible for your own taxes in Malaysia. We do not withhold or file any taxes on your behalf, nor do we provide tax advice. When a client pays an invoice, the transaction is recorded as business revenue for our US company; the payout to you is a payment to a contractor. It’s wise to consult a local accountant who understands Malaysian tax law to ensure you comply with any self-employment tax or income declaration requirements.
