Why would I route an invoice through a US company at all?
US companies often resist paying foreign contractors directly because it triggers extra paperwork, W-8 forms, or discomfort from their accounts payable department. When they receive an invoice from a US entity, that friction disappears. It's not a tax dodge — you still owe taxes in Pakistan, and Panorama does not get involved in that. You're paying for accounting simplicity on the client's side, and the fee reflects that.
I've been burned by platforms that promise the moon and then hold my money. This isn't that. You keep the client relationship. You set your rate. You just route the invoice through a US LLC so your client's accounts payable team doesn't panic.
How the money moves
You issue an invoice in your own trading name, but the document lists Panorama Systems Florida LLC as the recipient entity. Your US client pays that invoice by ACH, wire, or card — domestic US payment methods. Once the funds clear, Panorama deducts its service fee and sends the remainder to you as USDT.
There's no bank wire to Pakistan, no Wise, no Payoneer. You need a crypto wallet that supports one of the five networks we offer: TRC-20, ERC-20, BEP-20, TON, or Solana. If you've never held crypto, you'll need to set that up. The payout step is not instant; it follows a standard processing timeline that depends on client payment speed.
Getting paid in Faisalabad
Since bank transfers aren't available to Pakistan through our setup, every payout arrives as USDT on the network you choose. You then have to convert that USDT to PKR yourself — likely through a peer-to-peer marketplace or a local exchange that supports stablecoins. That step introduces its own risks: exchange rates, buyer reliability, and potential questions from your bank if you cash out large amounts.
We don't hide this. It's a trade-off. The upside is that you get paid faster than waiting for a SWIFT transfer that might not even land. The downside is you're now managing a crypto on-ramp to PKR. If that's uncomfortable, this probably isn't the right fit for you.
What this arrangement won't do
Panorama isn't your employer, doesn't withhold US taxes, and doesn't send you a 1099. It doesn't provide tax advice for Pakistan or any other country. It doesn't chase late-paying clients — you manage your own client relationships, including collections. The service fee is not a refund if a client disappears.
This is invoicing infrastructure, not a freelancer management platform. You're buying the ability to present a US company on your invoice documents. Everything else is still your problem. That's the honest picture.
