How the process works
First you share your project details. PANORAMA SYSTEMS creates an invoice under its Florida company name and tax ID, then sends it to your US client. The client sees a domestic bill with no mention of your name or location—only the service description.
Once the client pays in US dollars to PANORAMA SYSTEMS’ US bank account, you track the invoice status online. After the funds clear, the service fee is deducted and the remainder is sent to you in USDT on the network you selected. The entire sequence proceeds step by step with status updates, so you know where things stand without manual follow-ups.
What your client sees
The invoice shows a Florida LLC address and US tax ID, which fits standard vendor approval processes. The client pays through ACH, wire, or check—whatever they use for US suppliers—and receives a receipt. Their accounts-payable team never deals with cross-border complexity.
Because PANORAMA SYSTEMS acts as merchant of record, the client’s finance department handles a purely domestic transaction. This removes withholding questions and foreign payment friction. The client may request a W-9; PANORAMA SYSTEMS provides it just like any other US vendor.
Taxes and your responsibilities
PANORAMA SYSTEMS does not employ you. You remain an independent freelancer responsible for your own tax filings in Sri Lanka. No US tax withholding applies to your earnings, and you receive the full amount minus the service fee in USDT.
Maintain your own records for the Inland Revenue Department, including transaction IDs. You do not need to form a US company or open a US bank account. Your contract is with PANORAMA SYSTEMS, not the end client, though you continue working with the client as normal.
Receiving your money in Colombo
Payouts to Sri Lanka are only available in USDT. Supported networks: TRC-20, ERC-20, BEP-20, TON, and Solana. Bank transfers, SWIFT, Wise, SEPA, and local rupee transfers are not options. This rule is fixed and does not vary with invoice size or client.
Once the USDT transfer is initiated, you monitor it on-chain. Arrival time depends on blockchain confirmation speed, not banking hours. You can then convert USDT to LKR through a local exchange or hold it as digital dollars.
