How the Process Works, Step by Step
When you start a project with a US client, you agree on the scope and rate as you normally would. The difference comes when it is time to bill. Instead of asking the client to wire money overseas or open a crypto account, you log into the PANORAMA SYSTEMS dashboard and issue an invoice. The invoice shows a US entity as the billing party — PANORAMA SYSTEMS FLORIDA LLC, at a Florida address. This is what makes the transaction feel routine to the client.
The client pays that invoice through their usual accounts-payable process: a domestic ACH, a US bank transfer, or even a paper check. They are not dealing with international payment instructions or currency conversion. Once the payment arrives in the PANORAMA SYSTEMS account, your dashboard reflects the cleared amount.
After deducting the service fee, PANORAMA SYSTEMS initiates a payout to you. You choose how you want to receive the money — INR directly into your Indian bank account, a SWIFT or Wise transfer, or in USDT. The payout route is your call. From there, you remain responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed in India.
The Client’s Side: Invoices and Paperwork
All the client sees is an invoice from a US company. The bill comes with a W-9 form — the standard US tax document that businesses collect from domestic vendors. For the client, this is no different from paying a contractor in Texas or Ohio. There is no foreign beneficiary form, no currency conversion line item, and no need for their bank’s international department.
After the client pays, they receive a payment receipt from PANORAMA SYSTEMS. That receipt is all they need for their own accounting. They will not issue a 1099 to you; instead, PANORAMA SYSTEMS handles any reporting obligations on the US side. Your name or your entity does not appear on the paperwork they file. This clean domestic paper trail is often the very reason a US client prefers a merchant-of-record arrangement.
How to Register
Registration is straightforward. First, you provide basic details about yourself or your registered business: legal name, address, and the country where you operate. PANORAMA SYSTEMS uses this to verify your identity. You will also add your preferred payout method — bank account for INR, Wise or SWIFT details, or a USDT wallet address.
Once your profile is set, you can invite a client or start a project workspace. Every invoice you submit gets routed through PANORAMA SYSTEMS as the merchant of record. There is no per-invoice approval step; the service fee is applied automatically. You keep working with your client as you always have, while PANORAMA SYSTEMS stays in the background, visible only at billing time.
Payout Methods: INR, USDT, or Wire
You settle on the payout method that fits your workflow. If you prefer rupees landing in your local Indian account, choose the INR bank transfer option. It uses standard domestic banking rails and avoids conversion guesswork. Freelancers who work across borders often opt for Wise or SWIFT transfers, which give you control over exchange rates and timing. There is also the option to receive USDT if you work in crypto.
PANORAMA SYSTEMS does not mandate one path. You tell them where to send the funds, and they execute the transfer. Processing times vary by method and by banking holidays in both the US and India. The important thing is that the money moves in the direction you specify, on the terms you set, without you having to open a US bank account or register a foreign company.
