Custom software development for companies in the US, Canada and the EU
We build the software a business actually runs on: internal systems, customer-facing products, and the integrations between things that were never designed to talk to each other. A US company signs the contract, a small senior team writes the code, and the repository is in your name from the first commit.
What the work actually involves
Product engineering
Web and mobile applications, from an empty repository to a live system with real users on it.
Code someone else wrote
We take over an existing system, document it, and change it without a rewrite nobody can afford.
Integrations
Payments, CRM, ERP, bank and carrier APIs — the seams where most projects quietly stall.
Life after launch
Monitoring, on-call, and a person who knows the system when it breaks at three in the morning.
How we work
We start by reading, not by quoting
Before a number exists we go through the brief, the existing code and whatever is already in production. You get a written plan with dates and the risks named — usually within a week. If the honest answer is that you do not need us, you get that instead.
A small senior team with one owner
Two to five engineers, one lead who is accountable for the outcome and answers your messages. No account manager relaying questions, no rotating bench, no juniors learning on your budget.
Everything is yours from day one
Repositories, cloud accounts, domains and pipelines are in your name from the first commit, not handed over at the end. When the engagement stops, nothing stops working.
Questions clients ask first
Fixed price or time and materials?+
Both. A small, well-defined piece goes fixed price. Anything whose requirements will still move is time and materials with a monthly cap — a fixed price on a moving target gets paid for in cut corners, and you pay for those later.
Who owns the code?+
You do, from the first commit. Repositories, cloud accounts and domains are registered in your name at the start of the project rather than transferred at the end, so there is never a moment when your product depends on our goodwill.
Will you take over a project someone else started?+
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. We begin with a written audit — what works, what is dangerous, what we would change first — and you get that before committing to anything further.
Are you the engineer, not the client?
We staff this work partly from independent developers and studios verified on our own platform, and the same platform is how contractors outside the US invoice American clients and get paid.
How that worksOther things we do
Websites and SaaS products, built to be measured
Systems architecture and cloud infrastructure
AI agents and automated workflows that run in production
Putting AI inside a product that already has users
Demand generation for companies that sell something complicated
Tell us what you are building
A short description of the problem is enough to start. We reply with what we would do, what it would take, and what we would not touch.
