Websites and SaaS products, built to be measured

A marketing site that loads in under a second and a SaaS product that survives its first thousand paying customers are the same engineering problem wearing different clothes. We build both, with billing, roles, onboarding and the analytics that tell you which of them is working.

What the work actually involves

Corporate and product sites

Fast, accessible, indexable — built so search engines and answer engines can read them.

SaaS from zero

Sign-up, subscriptions, roles, tenants, usage limits and the admin screens your team actually needs.

Billing that reconciles

Stripe, Paddle or a bank rail, wired so revenue in the dashboard matches revenue in the bank.

Speed as a feature

Core Web Vitals treated as a requirement, not a report you read after launch and ignore.

How we work

1

We start by reading, not by quoting

Before a number exists we go through the brief, the existing code and whatever is already in production. You get a written plan with dates and the risks named — usually within a week. If the honest answer is that you do not need us, you get that instead.

2

A small senior team with one owner

Two to five engineers, one lead who is accountable for the outcome and answers your messages. No account manager relaying questions, no rotating bench, no juniors learning on your budget.

3

Everything is yours from day one

Repositories, cloud accounts, domains and pipelines are in your name from the first commit, not handed over at the end. When the engagement stops, nothing stops working.

Questions clients ask first

Do you use a template or build from scratch?+

Whichever costs you less over three years. A marketing site on a well-chosen framework beats a bespoke one nobody can edit; a product with real billing and roles is written properly, because template shortcuts there become migrations later.

Can our team edit the content afterwards?+

Yes. Content lives where non-engineers can change it without a deploy, and we hand over a short written guide with the site rather than an eight-hour recorded call.

What about SEO?+

Structure, speed, metadata, structured data and a sitemap are part of the build, not an add-on. What we do not do is promise rankings: anyone who quotes you a position for a keyword is selling you something they do not control.

Are you the engineer, not the client?

We staff this work partly from independent developers and studios verified on our own platform, and the same platform is how contractors outside the US invoice American clients and get paid.

A short description of the problem is enough to start. We reply with what we would do, what it would take, and what we would not touch.
