Signing Up and Sending Your First Invoice
The process starts with a short enrollment. You provide basic information about your freelance practice and verify your identity. There is no lengthy application or interview.
When you land a US client, you tell us the details. We create a client profile and handle the invoicing. You submit the work directly to the client, and when it’s time to bill, you send us the invoice line items. We issue a formal invoice from Panorama Systems Florida LLC, with a US address, and send it to your client on your behalf.
How Payment Reaches You in Chandigarh
After the client pays the invoice, the funds land in our US account. We deduct the agreed service fee, which is a percentage of the invoice total. The rate is shared transparently during onboarding.
You then tell us where you want the net amount delivered. Options include a local bank transfer in INR, Wise, SWIFT for international wires, or USDT. Settlement timing varies by method, and we initiate your payout as soon as the client’s payment clears. Since you’re not an employee, no taxes are withheld in the US, and you remain responsible for reporting income and paying any taxes due in India.
Paperwork: What You and Your Client Receive
Once payment is processed, you receive a statement showing the gross invoice amount, our fee, and the net payout sent to you. This is not a pay stub or salary slip—it simply confirms the transaction.
Your client gets a standard US invoice that includes our company name, address, and tax identification details. For their accounts payable team, it looks like any domestic vendor invoice. There is no cross-border tax withholding paperwork for the client to handle, because the payment is made to a US entity.
What Your US Client Sees
From the client’s perspective, they are doing business with a Florida-based company. They receive invoices from a US address and can pay by check, ACH, wire transfer, or card, just as they would with any local vendor.
If the client asks for a W-9 form for their records, we provide it under our own Employer Identification Number. Your name never appears in their accounting system or payment records. This removes the hesitation some companies feel about paying an individual outside the US, because their internal processes remain unchanged.
