Why are your rates lower than a US agency?
Our blended rates run $40 to $130 an hour against $70 to $200 for a US agency. The difference is where the engineers live, not the standard of the work, and the contract is still with an American company.
A US agency pays US salaries, US office costs and a US sales team. We pay a delivery bench spread across Europe, Asia and Latin America, and we do not carry a sales floor. That is the whole of the gap.
What does not change: the contract is with PANORAMA SYSTEMS FLORIDA LLC, an American company under Florida law, and you have one supplier and one place to send a complaint whatever the passports of the people writing the code.
We do not go below $55 an hour. Under that the work stops paying for review, testing and support, and a cheap engagement that fails is more expensive than an honest one.
