How the engagement works

The contract is with our American company, whoever does the work and wherever they sit.
You meet the person before the engagement starts, and they stay on it.
Time and materials with a ceiling you set, or a fixed price for defined scope.

Per hour, yes. Per project, only up to a point: past a few thousand lines a day the switching cost between the two sides eats the saving. We say when the project has crossed that line.
What happens when the product outgrows one person?
