When you need one
You are about to build something whose shape is still an argument, or your existing product has grown by addition and now takes a tutorial to use.
The main flow drawn end to end, including the empty, error and loading states, which is usually where the disagreement was hiding.
How the engagement works
The same terms as any other project with us. Nothing on this page is a different contract.
The contract is with our American company, whoever does the work and wherever they sit.
You meet the person before the engagement starts, and they stay on it.
Time and materials with a ceiling you set, or a fixed price for defined scope.
Code, design files and accounts transfer to you. 30 days of defect fixes after handover.

Can a designer work without engineers on the project?

Yes. Plenty of clients take the design and build it in house, and the file is prepared for that rather than for locking you in.
